Each project is agreed individually. The final scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment terms, and revision rounds will be confirmed in a separate proposal, agreement, or written communication before the project begins.

Submitting an inquiry through the website does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability.

Photorealistic renders, visualisations, mood boards, sketches, and concept images are created to communicate design intent, atmosphere, layout, material direction, and styling.

Unless agreed in writing, they are not a replacement for technical construction drawings, engineering plans, legal permits, or installation documentation.

Where shopping lists or product links are provided, they are based on availability at the time of preparation.

Gizuals cannot guarantee that third-party products, prices, stock, delivery times, or specifications will remain unchanged. Clients are responsible for checking final dimensions, suitability, availability, and delivery conditions before purchasing.

Included revision rounds will be defined in the project proposal or agreement.

Additional revisions, major direction changes, or requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and may affect the project timeline.

Payment terms, deposits, project pauses, and cancellation conditions will be agreed individually for each project.

Work may begin only after the agreed deposit or payment has been received.

All images, renders, designs, drawings, concepts, text, and visual content on this website are the property of Gizuals unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, edited, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Gizuals.

Project images may include third-party products, materials, furniture, or references. All respective rights remain with their original owners.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Gizuals may use completed project images, renders, selected process images, and project descriptions for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

If confidentiality is required, this must be agreed before the project begins.
